This invention is based on patent with application number 91112752 submitted from Taiwan of China at July 12 of 2002. Characters of the invention are that computer network system possessing intelligent type online information searching and random switching over functions makes user through intelligent type online information searching function search out web pages, which forms characters matching or semantics associate with key words, of all network sites. Moreover, a fully loaded server through random switching over function will switch requesting web of network sites sent by workstation at client end to another server host. Thus, situation unable to browse needed web page of network site caused by fully loaded server, which workstations is affiliated to, will not be happened for workstations at client end.
