The value of each of the filter elements can be varied by switching between at least two of the plurality of sub-elements. Switching noise within a desired passband can be reduced by switching at a rate that is greater than the desired passband. The switching noise in the passband can be further reduced by pseudo-randomly switching between the sub-elements. The filter can use a delta-sigma modulator to generate a pseudo-random switching signal.

The random switching system H8 filtering information processing method comprises the following steps that (1), input signals are sampled, quantized and coded first and sent to a receiving end, and a networked switching system with time-variant delays and external interference is analyzed; (2), data received by the receiving end are decoded and transmitted to a filter, and the issue about design of the H8 filter of the switching system is discussed based on the resident probabilistic information method; (3), a novel switching system and a novel filter model are established based on resident probabilistic information in each subsystem of the switching system, and switching system information is restored according to the newly-established filter model. According to the random switching system H8 filtering information processing method, the issues about design of the H8 filter of the disperse switching system with the time-variant delays are studied, the information processing method based on the filter is provided, and the stability of the whole system is guaranteed.

The invention provides a dynamic frame switching model based on SpringDM, which can deploy a plurality of data access strategies of a persistence layer on a dynamic model and provide persistence layer services for outsides in a mode of issuing SpringDM service.
