Abstract

The volume changeable device of the rotary vane compressor has an inside and an outside compressing cavity divided by the rotary shaft driven swirl inside the operating cell of the cylinder with suction inlet and inside and outside outlet in the rotary vane compressor. The said rotary shaft is mounted on the accessory bearing with inside and outside outlets. Between the cylinder and the accessory bearing, there exist the suction inlet that conducts or breaks the suction inlet of the cylinder by rotating positively or negatively driven by the driving device, and the valve structure for connecting the flow circuit between the exhausts inside and outside of the cylinder. Through the valve in the inside and outside compressing cavity formed inside the cylinder by rotary vanes with simple operation, it can compress in the inside and outside compressing chamber. Changing the compressor's volume through model variance, it can ensure the economy of the compressor and avoid the wasting of power and related devices and the loss of life of components due to previous starting or shutting off, and therefore improves the quality and reliability of the machine.
