Abstract

The device comprises: a stable part 100 fixed on the shaft 1, and a rotation part 200 fixed on the wheel 2 carried by bearing. According to the invention, the rotation part comprises a first remote linking device connecting with a sensor 211 fitted on the wheel, so that a non-contact electromagnetical relationship between the sensor and the rotation part can be established.
