AI Technical Summary

Benefits of technology

The invention is a method and system for analyzing audio data by processing audio segments into a format suitable for rapid searching, determining an appropriate set of rules to apply to the audio segment, and searching the audio segment in accordance with the rules. The system can also include an audio recorder for storing the audio segment and an audio processor for processing the audio segment into a format suitable for rapid phonetic searching. The search engine can identify symbols corresponding to discrete portions of the audio segment, which may represent phonemes of speech. The technical effects of the invention include improved efficiency and accuracy in analyzing audio data for various applications such as speech recognition and voice-controlled devices.
