The invention belongs to the field of
medical research, and particularly relates to a method,
system and device for evaluating HIV
antiviral therapy compliance and a storage medium. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring index data for reflecting ART compliance of an
HIV infected person, wherein the index data comprises a
nursing retention state, a
drug holding rate and a CD4
cell count; constructing a group trajectory model GBTM, and identifying trajectory subgroups of different
antiviral treatment compliance in the
HIV infected person based on the index data; utilizing a
Logistic regression model to evaluate the influence of the demology and ART variable level of different
HIV infected persons on the affiliation probability of each trajectory subgroup; utilizing a Cox proportional
risk model to evaluate the association between each track subgroup and all-factor death, AIDS death and non-AIDS death; and finally, constructing a
dynamic prediction model based on the
nursing retention, the
drug coverage rate and the CD4
cell counting data by using the combined model, so as to realize real-time early warning of the
death risk.
