A breast milk expression apparatus includes a bra having a first pad configured to enclose a left breast of a user and a second pad configured to enclose a right breast of the user. A first plurality of cable loops and a second plurality of cable loops have portions that extend circumferentially around outer surfaces of the first and second pads, respectively, and are displaceable relative to the first and second pads, respectively. A unit is configured to be operably coupled to one or both of the first and second pluralities of cable loops to apply a compression-dilation cycle to one or both of the first and second pads by adjusting an effective length of the cable loops operably coupled to the unit. The bra has at least one integral pocket having an opening configured to removably receive the unit such that the pocket encloses and secures at least a portion of the unit during use. FIELD: plastic surgery.SUBSTANCE: under aseptic conditions and endotracheal anesthesia, hydropreparation of the subcutaneous fat tissue is performed with 0.04% ropivacaine solution 60.0 ml with adrenaline 1:100000, a skin incision in the area of the submammary groove of the mammary gland of 3.5–4.0 cm in length is made, the tissues are dissected layer by layer to the fascia of the pectoralis major muscle. A dissection is performed in the Chassignac space to the level of the lower pole of the areola or an incision is made in the skin in the area of the mammary gland along the lower semicircle of the areola, the tissues are perpendicularly dissected layer by layer to the fascia of the pectoralis major muscle. The retropectoral pocket for the implant is formed using blunt and sharp methods. This invention discloses a local compression hemostatic chest band for unilateral mastectomy, comprising an elastic band that fits over the chest, the band being elastic and wrapping the entire chest, and a shoulder strap that can be adjusted for tightness. The band itself can also be designed for adjustable tightness. It also includes multiple columnar compression strips for right mastectomy. The left ends of the compression strips are connected via a connecting part to a positioning mechanism that fits over the left breast, achieving a fixed-distance limit with the left breast as the center. This restricts the distance to the left breast, allowing rotation only around the left breast, preventing vertical or horizontal movement. The right end of each compression strip is bent backward in an "L" shape to conform to the contour of one side of the chest, achieving rotational limitation. The compression strips are positioned on both sides, with the right end bent backward to conform to the right side of the chest, forming a bend.

Methods and systems are provided for automatically assessing a level of BPE of a patient of an imaging system based on one or more medical images of one or more breasts of the patient, using a deep learning (DL) model. The medical images may include contrast enhanced mammography (CEM) images, magnetic resonance (MR) images, or a different type of images. The one or more images may include one or more images of a same breast, where the BPE assessment outputted by the DL model may include a score, such as a percentage of BPE detected in the images. The one or more images may include images of a left breast and a right breast of the patient, where the BPE assessment outputted by the DL model may include whether an asymmetry between BPE assessments of the left breast and the right breast is detected.
