The manufacturing process comprises the following steps: (1) respectively forming skeleton parts by adopting a carbon

trunk tube with the middle part of the upper end of a
crotch skeleton through a first riveting structure, and connecting the left side of the lower end of the
crotch skeleton with a
left thigh tube through a second riveting structure, the right side of the lower end of the
crotch skeleton is connected with a
right thigh tube through a third riveting structure, the lower end of the
left thigh tube is connected with a left shank tube through a fourth riveting structure, and the lower end of the
right thigh tube is connected with a right shank tube through a fifth riveting structure; carbon
fiber materials are adopted to form the framework components respectively, and
carbon fibers can guarantee strength and reduce weight. The
trunk tube, the crotch skeleton, the
left thigh tube, the left shank tube, the
right thigh tube, the right shank tube, the
left shoulder tube, the left large arm tube, the left small arm tube, the
right shoulder tube, the right large arm tube, the right small arm tube, the head supporting tube and other components are connected through riveting structures, the assembling speed is high, and joints are bent flexibly.
