Both the base member and the pad member are generally the same area and rectangular, except that a semicircular, circular, rectangular, or similarly shaped cutout is provided through both the solid based member and the resilient pad member in the region adjacent the position of a user's shoulder blades if such user were disposed on said platform in position to perform bench presses or similar exercises.
