The vehicles can be forced to diverge at peaks; divergence of vehicles can be controlled in a normal period; the vehicles drive naturally in a depressed period. In addition, the invention provides a novel signal option for intelligent or remote control of divergence and passing of vehicles, thus improving the passing security and capability of road intersections.

A pair of meandering sections (11, 12) is arranged opposite to each other with an insertion gap (17) of the fin member (5) in between. One (11) of the meandering sections and the other meandering section (12) are connected by a connection tube (13) to form a meandering tube main body (1). The straight tube sections (2) of the one meandering section (11) are arranged in the engagement grooves (8) in the one end surface (6) of the fin member (5) inserted and arranged in the insertion gap (17) between the one meandering section (11) and the other meandering section (12) of the meandering tube body (1), and the straight tube sections (2) of the other meandering section (12) are arranged and fixed in the engagement grooves (8) in the other end surface (7).

According to the preparation method disclosed by the invention, a ternary boride Mo2FeB2 is formed through an in-situ reaction between the surface of the roller and a casting solution, and then a eutectoid is formed between the ternary boride Mo2FeB2 and a matrix of the roller, so that the Mo2FeB2-based metal ceramic repairing layer being high in bonding strength and being similar to a thermal expansion coefficient of the matrix is obtained; and besides, the repairing layer is low in raw material cost, simple and feasible in preparation technology, and high in production efficiency, and can be used for repairing of the surface of the industrialized and large roller.
