The NP0 type dielectric ceramic comprises 5 to 250 parts of magnesium metatitanate (MgTiO3), 5 to 150 parts of calcium titanate (CaTiO3), 5 to 100 parts of titanium dioxide (TiO2), 5 to 350 parts of neodymium oxide (Nd2O3), 5 to 200 parts of a modification additive and 50 to 120 parts of a sintering aid. The ceramic has the advantages of very stable temperature coefficient, low sintering temperature, a high dielectric constant, small dielectric loss and the like.
