Abstract

The present application discloses a fastener driving tool with a self-contained precompressed pneumatic power source. Operator actuation of the starter mechanism causes compressed media supplied by a self-contained pre-compressed pneumatic power source to flow through a valve and push a piston connected to the drive plate toward the end of the tool's nozzle assembly. Compressed media flowing through the valve in turn recoils the spring biased starter screw and resets the starter mechanism.
