Abstract

The present invention relates to preparation process of aromatic polyurea microcapsule for textile. The aromatic polyurea microcapsule is prepared with oil phase material including polyisocyanate, essence and cyclohexane; and water phase material including sodium hydroxide, sodium alginate and deionized water. The preparation process includes adding divinyl triamine and deionized water into oil phase through mixing, dropping into the water phase material through stirring at 400-600 rpm within 1.5-2 hr at 40-60 deg.c; heating to 50-70 deg.c to react for 1-1.5 hr; suction filtering the reaction product, washing, stoving at temperature lower than 80 deg.c to obtain micron level powder as the product. The aromatic polyurea microcapsule has grain size of 4-20 micron, slowly released fragrance and environment friendship.
