Abstract
The invention relates to a compound all-trans retinoic acid cream and its preparation method and application. The all-trans retinoic acid cream is composed of 10-50 parts of all-trans retinoic acid, 10-50 parts of beclomethasone dipropionate, 5000-20000 parts of urea, and 80000-95000 parts of matrix; the preparation method of the cream comprises: ( 1) Take 50-65g of urea, 150-180g of glycerin, 3-5g of sodium lauryl sulfate, 6-10g of triethanolamine and add distilled water to 400-450g as the water phase; (2) Take 20-40g of monoglyceride, hard Fatty acid 100-120g, white petrolatum 50-70g, liquid paraffin 190-200g and ethylparaben 1-3g are used as the oil phase; (3) The two phases are placed in containers separately, heated to melt or dissolve, and kept at 60-80 At about ℃, add the oil phase to the water phase, add 0.125-1g of all-trans retinoic acid and 0.125-1.5g of beclomethasone dipropionate, and stir well.
