Embodiment 1

[0029] Compound all-trans retinoic acid cream and weight ratio:

[0030] Urea 50g Glycerin 150g Sodium Lauryl Sulfate 3g Triethanolamine 6g Monoglyceride 20g

[0031] Stearic acid 100g white petrolatum 50g liquid paraffin 190g

[0032] Ethyl paraben 1g add distilled water to 1000g all-trans retinoic acid 0.125g beclomid propionate

[0033] Pine 0.125g

Embodiment 2

[0035] Preparation method of compound all-trans retinoic acid cream

[0036] 1) get urea 50g, glycerol 150g, sodium lauryl sulfate 3g, triethanolamine 6g and add distilled water to 430g as water phase;

[0037] 2) get monoglyceride 20g, stearic acid 100g, white vaseline 50g, liquid paraffin 190g and ethyl paraben 1g as oil phase;

[0038] 3) The two phases are placed in a container, heated to melt or dissolved, and kept at 60°C, the oil phase is slowly added to the water phase, and 0.125g of all-trans retinoic acid, propylene Beclomethasone acid 0.125g, stir well, and get it.

Embodiment 3

[0040] Case 1: Female, 55 years old, with spontaneous chest scars for 10 years and itching, came to our department for treatment in September 2004. Examination revealed a 1cm×0.5cm red scar in the anterior chest area, which was higher than the skin and was hard ( figure 1 , a). After local injection of hormonal drugs, the scar becomes flat and soft, but the scar is still congested and recurs from time to time ( figure 1 , b). Since August 2005, the compound all-trans retinoic acid cream was applied externally to the affected area, once a day, after 12 months of persistent application, the scar did not recur, and the skin at the scar site transformed to normal skin ( figure 1 , c).

Abstract

The invention relates to a compound all-trans retinoic acid cream and its preparation method and application. The all-trans retinoic acid cream is composed of 10-50 parts of all-trans retinoic acid, 10-50 parts of beclomethasone dipropionate, 5000-20000 parts of urea, and 80000-95000 parts of matrix; the preparation method of the cream comprises: ( 1) Take 50-65g of urea, 150-180g of glycerin, 3-5g of sodium lauryl sulfate, 6-10g of triethanolamine and add distilled water to 400-450g as the water phase; (2) Take 20-40g of monoglyceride, hard Fatty acid 100-120g, white petrolatum 50-70g, liquid paraffin 190-200g and ethylparaben 1-3g are used as the oil phase; (3) The two phases are placed in containers separately, heated to melt or dissolve, and kept at 60-80 At about ℃, add the oil phase to the water phase, add 0.125-1g of all-trans retinoic acid and 0.125-1.5g of beclomethasone dipropionate, and stir well. The cream of the invention is directly externally applied to the skin of the scar, which can not only effectively inhibit the recurrence of the scar, reduce the pigmentation of the scar, but also promote the reversal of the skin of the scar to normal skin.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of medicines for treating skin scars, in particular to a compound all-trans retinoic acid cream and a preparation method and application thereof. Background technique [0002] Keloids and hypertrophic scars are fibroproliferative diseases formed by the vigorous proliferation of cells at the wound site caused by skin trauma and the excessive secretion of extracellular matrix. Keloid is still very easy to recur after various treatments such as surgery, laser, cryotherapy, and radiation. After local injection of hormone therapy, the scar can be softened, but the keloid is still prone to recurrence after the injection is stopped. Although long-term injection of hormone can inhibit its recurrence, the side effects produced cannot be ignored. Studies have confirmed that fibroblasts in keloids and hypertrophic scars are abnormally differentiated, and the proliferation and apoptosis are unbalanced. This suggests that it is ...
