Abstract

The invention relates to cone eccentric crushers for fine crushing and can be used for the building and mining industries for increasing a crushing ratio and improving performance by 20 %. The inventive crusher comprises a body provided with an external crushing cone inside of which an internal crushing cone provided with a shaft and a driving eccentric mounted thereon is arranged, wherein said driving eccentric is positioned inside a bearing cylindrical sleeve which is mounted in the body recess, where the drive element of the eccentric is placed. The invention is characterised in that the cylindrical sleeve is embodied in the form of the eccentric drive element which is freely positioned therein at a radial clearance therebetween greater than the size of a discharge slot between the crushing cones. Said size ratio makes it possible to crush with a larger discharge slot, thereby making it possible to control the crushing ratio within the range of from 4 to 30.
