Abstract

The invention discloses a fuel oil additive, which comprises the following steps: mixing burning-rate accelerator, dissolvent, booster and balancing agent; stirring at normal temperature evenly; choosing one of acid oil, fatty acid and oleinic acid as burning-rate accelerator; choosing methyl alcohol or alcohol as dissolvent; choosing aminoethyl alcohol as balancing agent; choosing cetane number as booster; setting the mass percent of burning-rate accelerator, dissolvent, balancing agent and booster as 65-70%, 25-30%,4-6% and 0.4-0.5%; getting the product. This additive can be added into diesel and heavy oil and can decrease about 40% emission of CO2 and SO2, which can protect environment with low cost.
