The disclosed emergent register method in IMS domain comprises: pre-setting rule for deriving E-IMPU from IMPU; when UE detects user will initiates an emergent dialogue, deriving E-IMPU to pack in the emergent register request and send to HSS by S-CSCF; HS obtains the relative IMPU and then the IMPU with TEL URL format, and lookups the relative register set from self stored all hidden register sets. This invention quickens the process, saves HSS storage room, and makes UE not maintain E-IMPU separately.
