The display, control panel, digital to analog converter and memorizer are respectively connected with the digital signal processor, while the left and right earphones are linked with the digital to analog converter. The invention is characterized in that the digital signal processor are connected with the memorizer in the said digital signal processor including a decoder and two separate equalizers which are respectively connected with the decoder, while the other end of the two separate equalizers is the output terminal of the digital signal processor. The invention can provide people with hearing impairment with normal audibility.
