The scrubbing layer 15 was comprised of a 110 grams per square meter (gsm) dry embossed coform laminate from the Kimberly-Clark Company. The base layer 20 consisted of a 100 gsm dry embossed conformal laminate produced by the coform Kimberly-Clark Company. Scrub layer 15 is coupled to base layer 20 by seams. Bag 50 is located within interior volume 40 and is made of 2 mil thick polyethylene film manufactured by Bemis Corporation. Slider 105 was made of 2 mil thick polyethylene film from Bemis. The liquid contained in the cavity 70 of the bag 50 is distilled water. Adhesive is applied between the outer surface 60 and the wiper 105 . The entire device 10 is suitable for various manual operations, and the bag 50 will not burst during transportation and handling.
