The method controlling the time slot conflict includes the following steps: (a) a plurality of communication channels are searched to confirm the time slot information of the searched communication channels and the present communication channels used for communication; (b) based on the confirmed time slot information, the superposition of the searched communication channels and the present communication channels is calculated, and the communication channels which have the minimal superposition with the present communication channels are selected.
