Abstract

The invention relates to an LCD panel, which comprises a first baseplate, a second baseplate corresponding to the first baseplate and a liquid crystal layer between the two baseplates. The first baseplate is provided with a common electrode layer formed on one side adjacent to the liquid crystal layer. The second baseplate is equipped with a plurality of pixel electrodes formed on one side adjacent to the liquid crystal layer. The common electrode layer, the pixel electrode and the liquid crystal molecules on the liquid crystal layer between the common electrode layer and the pixel electrode form a plurality of liquid crystal capacitances. The LCD panel further comprises a plurality of the first compensation capacitors which are series-wound with the liquid crystal capacitances. The capacitance of the first compensation capacitor is reduced along with the increase of the voltage difference between the common electrode layer and the pixel electrode.
