The embodiment of this invention also provides a mobile hand held device including an accelerated velocity detection unit used for detecting each axis component of the accelerated velocity; an accelerated velocity analyzing unit used for analyzing each axis component of the accelerated velocity to obtain screen switch instruction information; and a switch unit used for switching the screen to currently optimum view angle according to the screen switch instruction information.
