Embodiment 1

[0024] Embodiment one: the method for discriminating multiple trace elements in whitebait from different places of origin of the present invention adopts the following process steps:

[0025] Taihu whitebait samples (9 pieces) were collected from the waters of Gonghu Lake in May 2007. The samples (10 pieces) of big whitebait in Hongze Lake were collected from the waters of Mount Laozi in September 2007. The samples of big whitebait in the two regions were stored at 0-4°C.

[0026] The sample first measures biological data such as body length and weight. Then store in -20°C refrigerator for use. After thawing, rinse with ultrapure water (Millipro, USA, Milliprore-Simplicity personal ultrapure water system, outlet water resistivity 18.2MΩ.cm) water for 6 times, and dry in a drying oven at 80°C for 24h to constant weight; Grind the dried whitebait sample into powder and homogenize it (that is, make a powdered dried whitebait sample), and place it in a desiccator (at room tempe...

Embodiment 2

[0030] Embodiment two: the discriminating method of multiple trace elements in the body of whitebait of a kind of different places of origin of the present invention, adopts following process steps:

[0031] Taihu whitebait samples (9 pieces) were collected from the waters of Gonghu Lake in May 2007. The samples (10 pieces) of big whitebait in Hongze Lake were collected from the waters of Mount Laozi in July 2007.

[0032] The sample first measures biological data such as body length and weight. Then store in -18°C refrigerator for use. After thawing, rinse with ultrapure water (Millipro, USA, Milliprore-Simplicity personal ultrapure water system, outlet water resistivity 18.2MΩ.cm) water 8 times, dry in a drying oven at 70°C for 23h to constant weight; Grind the dried whitebait sample into powder and homogenize it (that is, make a powdered dried whitebait sample), and place it in a desiccator (at room temperature) for use (it can be used immediately).

Embodiment 3

[0036] Embodiment three: the method for discriminating multiple trace elements in whitebait from different places of origin of the present invention adopts the following process steps:

[0037] Taihu whitebait samples (9 pieces) were collected from the waters of Gonghu Lake in May 2007. The samples (10 pieces) of big whitebait in Hongze Lake were collected from the waters of Mount Laozi in July 2007.

[0038] The sample first measures biological data such as body length and weight. Then store in -20°C refrigerator for use. After thawing, rinse with ultrapure water (Millipro, USA, Milliprore-Simplicity personal ultrapure water system, outlet water resistivity 18.2MΩ.cm) water 9 times, dry in a drying oven at 90°C for 25h to constant weight; Grind the dried whitebait sample into powder and homogenize it (that is, make a powdered dried whitebait sample), and place it in a desiccator (at room temperature) for use (it can be used immediately).

Abstract

The present invention relates to a method for determining a plurality of minor elements in the body of the whitebait from different producing areas. The invention is characterized in that the specimen of the whitebait is transferred into a refrigerator for storing. The specimen of the whitebait is washed with after thawing and is baked to a constant weight in a drying cabinet. The dried specimen of large whitebait is grinded to powder and is arranged in a dryer in pickle. The dried specimen of large whitebait is taken into a Teflon decomposing container which is acid washed. The high purity hydrogen nitrate is added for preparing the acidolysis in room temperature. A microwave oven is used for resolution. Then hyperpure water is used for regulating the volume to a solution to be measured. The solution to be tested is leaded into an inductance coupling plasma velocitron to execute a concentration determination. The concentrations of 11 minor elements in the dried specimen of large whitebait are measured. A linear dicriminant function is established. The large whitebait generated in different waters can be effectively discriminated through the calculated value of the dicriminant function. The result obtained by the invention has the advantages of good stability, high repeatability, small systematical error and strong discriminability. Not only the localizations which can be discriminated by the methods of visual method, hereditism and the like are overcome, but also the predominance of high speed is displayed.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for discriminating multiple trace elements in whitebait from different origins, which can systematically and quickly establish the accumulation characteristics and geographical environment characteristics of multiple trace elements in whitebait from different water areas; using these characteristics and characteristics can The invention relates to effectively and quickly discriminating whitebait resource groups from different origins, and belongs to the technical field of biological monitoring environment. Background technique [0002] With the improvement of living standards, consumers' demand for famous, premium and new aquatic products has increased sharply. Because the biomass of these aquatic products is often related to natural factors such as geography and water environment where they live and raise. Especially for the same species of aquatic organisms, the quality of the products from different origins is natu...
