The invention provides a method for carrying out high-throughput sequencing on a TCR (T cell receptor) or a BCR (B cell receptor). The method is characterized by designing upstream primers according to gene features of a V region of the TCR or the BCR and designing downstream primers according to gene features of a C region or a J region of the TCR or the BCR and obtaining sequences of the of the TCR or the BCR in combination with the multiplex PCR (polymerase chain reaction) technology and high-throughput sequencing, thus analyzing the rearrangement information of the TCR or the BCR. Compared with 25-30 cycles of existing multiplex PCR, two cycles of the multiplex PCR technology provided by the invention can conduce to greatly reducing the sequencing errors caused by primer amplification preference. Besides, the invention also provides a method for correcting multiplex PCR (polymerase chain reaction) primer deviation by utilizing DNA (deoxyribonucleic acid) tag sequences, thus further reducing the sequencing errors caused by primer amplification preference and intrinsic sequencing errors of high-throughput sequencing.

The dynamically rotary modulated north-seeking method for the gyroscope provided by the invention aims to realize fast and precise north-seeking measurement under the condition that a carrier has a large attitude angle without leveling or knowing the latitude of a measuring point, so that the speed of geodesic operation is improved. A rotary table which rotates uniformly at an angular speed Omega is used. The rotary table is provided with the gyroscope and two accelerometers. The method comprises the steps of: first, solving an angle of pitch and a roll angle by the two accelerometers; then, solving the geographic latitude L and a course angle by the gyroscope; and after calculating an initial value, improving the precision by using a real time recursive least square method. The dynamically rotary modulated north-seeking method for the gyroscope provided by the invention has the advantages that fast and precise north-seeking measurement can be realized under the condition without leveling or knowing the latitude of the measuring point, so that the speed of geodesic operation is improved.

The present invention provides a planar phased array antenna fast measurement and automatic calibration method. The method includes the following steps that: the patterns, amplitudes, phases and beam widths of measured phased array antenna units and a test probe are obtained through a near-field antenna test; the probe is arranged in front of a measured phased array antenna, one of channels in the measured phased array antenna is opened in turns with the other channels closed, the coefficients of transmission between each of the channels and the probe are tested; the transmission coefficient matrix of the whole array plane of the phased array antenna can be obtained; the initial phases of the channels are calculated through using relative position relationships between the probe and the measured phased array antenna units; and if the fluctuation of the initial phase of the array plane is larger than half of the minimum phase shift quantity of phase shifters used by the array antenna, the initial phase is calibrated. The method of the invention has the advantages of short testing time and high test precision, and can not only be used for the rapid amplitude-phase calibration of a planar phased array antenna, but also can be used for the automatic detection of the amplitude of the channel units of the antenna and the prediction of the far-field pattern of the planar phased array antenna.
