Problems solved by technology

[0007] The inventors have found that the above three traditional color measurement methods all have deficiencies. The disadvantages are: the visual method has a large correlation with the individual observer's psychology and physiology, and the measurement results are highly subjective, low in precision, and The operation is troublesome, and different observers have great differences; while photoelectric integration and spectrophotometry are contact measurement methods, that is, the measuring aperture of the instrument must be close to the surface of the measured object to prevent external light from entering the measuring instrument, so it is very easy to damage The original characteristics of the surface of fragile objects, can not measure fragile, high temperature and high humidity, valuables, nor can it measure items that may contaminate or damage the instrument, such as food, p

Abstract

The invention provides an LED lighting-based color measurement multispectral imaging system. The system comprises a main control computer and a closed light box; the top of the light box is provided with a digital camera; the bottom of the light box is provided with an LED light group control device, a drawer type bearing stage and an LED light group; a measured object is arranged on the drawer type bearing stage; and the main control computer controls the spectral power distribution of the LED light group to be in a reciprocal relation with the spectral sensitivity curve of the digital camera, drives the LED lamp group control device to turn on a corresponding LED lights and control the lighting degrees of the LED lights, and controls the digital camera to shoot the image of the measured object when the LED lights are turned on and extracts camera response to perform calculation so as to obtain the spectral reflectance of each pixel of the measured object. With the LED lighting-based color measurement multispectral imaging system of the present invention adopted, conventional limitations can be broken. The LED lighting-based color measurement multispectral imaging system is applied to fields where a conventional color measurement instrument cannot be used.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of color measurement, in particular to an LED lighting-based color measurement multispectral imaging system. Background technique [0002] The spectral reflectance of an object is an important optical characteristic of the surface of the object, and it is also the "fingerprint" or "gene" of the surface color of the object. Therefore, color measurement is an essential and primary means for color reproduction related industries to control the quality of color reproduction. [0003] There are three traditional methods for measuring the surface color of objects: visual method, photoelectric integration method and spectrophotometric method, as follows: [0004] (1) The visual method is to visually identify the product under specific lighting conditions by a standard chromaticity observer, and compare it with the International Commission on Illumination (CIE) standard chromaticity diagram or other standard color ...
