Abstract

A device having a handheld device housing with a compartment formed therein, a substantially semicircular clip assembly for securely attaching thereby the device housing to an external cylindrical object such as stethoscope tubing, electric circuitry encased within the compartment, and at least one control unit formed on the device housing.
