Abstract

This invention discloses a device for assembling a lamp and method using this device to assemble a lamp. The device automatically assembles the lamp in a container, including: a lamp array unit with a holder formed to a plurality of lamps; and a lamp-press cooperating unit with a clamp that clamps a lamp positioned at the holder to transfer the lamp, a main body press cooperating part for positioning the main body of the lamp in the container and a lead press cooperating part for positioning the lead of the lamp in the container.
