Abstract

A humidifying and energy-saving air conditioner comprises an indoor machine which comprises a heat exchanger, a wind wheel and a water collecting tray, wherein the heat exchanger and the wind wheel are arranged inside a housing; and the water collecting tray is arranged below the heat exchanger. A moistening membrane is attached to the inner wall of the air passage of the indoor machine; a collecting annulus is arranged below the moistening membrane at the rear end of the air passage; the lower end of the moistening membrane extends into the collecting annulus; and a water storage tank which is arranged in the indoor machine of the air conditioner is communicated with the collecting annulus; when humidification is needed, water is added to the water storage tank which can be used separately; the collecting annulus is communicated with an overflow drainage device; the upper end of the moistening membrane extends into the water collecting tray which is communicated with the overflow drainage device. Condensed water produced during the operation of the air conditioner is transported to the moistening membrane arranged on the air passage; and under the action of wind, the water on themoistening membrane after evaporation is once again blown into the room, thereby keeping the temperature in the room. The air conditioner has the advantages of simple and reasonable structure, low manufacture cost, good humidifying effect, low energy consumption, etc.
