Abstract

The invention discloses a loading device for measuring the motion angular displacement indexes of electric-mechanism rocker arms, which comprises a loading mechanism consisting of a rocker arm connected with a measured electric mechanism through a bracket, a weight hung through a steel rope, and a loading rotary table applied with moment through pulling the steel rope by the weight, wherein an extended shaft of the loading rotary table coaxially connected with the rocker arm of the electric mechanism is connected with a displacement sensor through an elastic connector. As only a gap between aconnecting pin and the rocker arm exists between the rocker arm of the electric mechanism and an angular displacement sensor in a testing platform built through the angular displacement sensor and the loading mechanism, the problems that the prior art is big in measurement error caused by gaps, low in precision and complex in the structure of a mechanical conversion mechanism driven by a gear wheel are solved. The loading device can be flexibly applied by matching the sensor with different precision, and does not need to alter the modes of other mechanical structures. In addition, the 360-degree range measurement that can be performed by the angular displacement sensor further extends test expandability.
