Embodiment Construction

[0030] The invention will be further elucidated with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which reference numeral 10 generally refers to a garment according to the invention.

[0031] special reference figure 1 , a garment 10 adapted to receive an absorbent structure 12 is shown. In use, the garment is easily worn around the waist of the user. Such as figure 1 As shown, the garment 10 is shown in a flat, non-contracted state for clarity of illustration. Although not shown, it should be understood that the garment has suitable fastening means so that the garment is secured around the waist of the user. The garment 10 includes a base layer 14 for receiving the absorbent structure 12 . In this regard, it is noted that the absorbent structure 12 may be integrally manufactured with the base layer to form a unitary product, or the base layer may be used to accommodate a replaceable absorbent structure once manufactured. Such use typically involves providing a pocket in th...

Abstract

The invention relates to clothes (10), such as diapers, training trousers, lifting diapers, incontinence trousers for adults and diaper supporters. The clothes comprise a bottom layer (14) used to contain an absorbing structure and provided with a first side edge (20) and a second side edge (22) which are respectively combined to a central structure (24) along a first connection line (26) and a second connection line (28) which extend and are approximately parallel to a longitudinal axis. The first side edge and the second side edge have a first end area (44), a second end area (46) and a central end area (48), and comprise a material (50) with a retractable elasticity in at least the longitudinal direction in the central end area (48) and in at least the transverse direction in at least one of the first and the second end areas (46, 48). Lateral edges (40, 42) of the side edges are provided by a third strip and a fourth strip (76, 78) made from a material having no elasticity basically. The invention also discloses a manufacturing method of the clothes.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a garment adapted to accommodate an absorbent structure which is easily worn around the waist of a user. Such garments are typically known as absorbent articles and include, for example, children's and adult diapers, training pants, pull-up diapers, adult incontinence pants, swimming trunks and diaper supports for receiving absorbent inserts. The invention also relates to a method of making such a garment. Background technique [0002] The main requirements for absorbent articles include not only good absorbency, but also good fit and comfort, and must prevent leakage of any body wastes contained therein. To this end, absorbent articles are now provided with elastically extensible regions around the leg openings to create a tab around each leg when the absorbent article is worn. Typically, the elastically extensible region is formed by applying an elastic thread under tension to the substrate and securing the elastic ...
