A voltage signal output by the pressure sensor is amplified by a signal amplification circuit, the amplified voltage signal is transmitted to an analog-digital conversion port of a main control chip and is transmitted to the main control chip after the analog-digital conversion, and the main control chip judges the breathing state through the method for detecting the breathing state; and a high-degree voltage regulator circuit supplies high-precision reference voltage to the analog-digital conversion so as to eliminate incorrect judgment caused by jitters of the reference voltage and improve the accuracy for judging the breathing state; and besides, the oxygen supply frequency is completely determined by a breather so as to eliminate phenomena of missed blowout and continuous blowout.
