The invention relates to a device for detecting dynamic specific oxygen utilization rate (SOUR) of an activated sludge system, belongs to the theory and technique of strengthening biological denitrification treatment with an activated sludge process, and designs a set of on-line detection device for simultaneously feeding back the activated sludge specific oxygen utilization rate of SBR process by aiming at the problems of off-line measurement, hysteresis quality and unavailable on-line detection and feedback and the like existing in the traditional method for measuring the oxygen utilization rate. The system is most characterized in that a sealed recorder jar is put on a magnetic stirring apparatus and a sludge circulating loop is formed through a reflux pump and a reactor; sensors are dissolved oxygen sensors and two sensors are respectively put in the sealed recorder jar and an SBR reactor so as to be capable of realizing the on-line detection of SOUR and the simultaneous feedback.
