Abstract

The invention discloses a method, a system and a device for resource allocation, which are used for realizing resource allocation for a non-GBR type bearer under the AMBR mechanism in an EPS system. The method for resource allocation comprises: a packet data network gateway (PDN GW) and an evolved node base station (eNB) acquire aggregate maximum bit rate (AMBR) using regulations which comprise the relative weight coefficient of non-guaranteed bit rate (non-GBR) type service quality classification identification (QCI); and the PDN GW and the eNB are used for resource allocation for the non-GBR type bearer between a user terminal and a packet data network (PDN) according to the AMBR using regulations.
