Abstract

The invention discloses a recourse indicating method and a device, the method comprises the following steps: dividing system available resources into a plurality of basic units, carrying out description by using nodes of a bottom layer of a layered structure, wherein, one node in the layered structure corresponds to one or more basic units; setting the using probability for each layer of nodes inthe layered structure according to the using frequency of resource blocks represented by each layer of the nodes in the layered structure; taking the using probability as the weight of the layer of the nodes in the layered structure, and encoding all the nodes in the layered structure by using a preset algorithm for forming a code book; and distributing system resources for a terminal according to a dispatching algorithm, using the corresponding nodes in the code book and indicating the distributed system resources. The technical proposal of the invention can reduce distribution cost of the system resources and improve transmission efficiency of the system.
