Abstract

The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a battery pack, comprising: (a), mounting an insulated bottom cap for each cell unit, and packing the insulated bottom cap in a carrying frame of a transferring device; (b) bonding a metal bag layer to the top end surface of each cell unit by welding; (c) locating the insulated mounting component and bonding to the top end surface of the corresponding cell unit by adhesive and a compression device; (d) welding a protective circuit module to each cell unit by a welding device for electrical connection; (e) locating the insulated mounting component and bonding to the upper part of each protective circuit module by adhesive and the compression device; (f) drawing out the battery pack from the carrying frame; and (g) packing the external surface of each battery pack in an envelope with external surface coated with bar code, wherein the cell unit transferring device comprises a carrying frame with the external side of one side formed with a groove, and a clamp comprising an elastic compression component and an elastic bonding component.
