Embodiment Construction

[0030] In order to make the purpose, technical solution and advantages of the present invention clearer, the method for reading phonebook entries of the present invention will be further described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and embodiments.

[0031] Suppose to figure 1 The shown file relationship is described as an example, and the telephone book entry reading method of the present invention comprises the following steps (see image 3 ):

[0032] Step A: Dynamically initialize all available phonebook file entries during the phonebook initialization process, analyze and store the relevant information of the phonebook entries in the phonebook data buffer area (hereinafter referred to as the buffer area);

[0033] Preferably, the following method may be used for dynamically initializing all available phonebook file entries in the phonebook initialization process (see Figure 4 ):

[0034] First, initialize the EFADN file, method (see Figure...

Abstract

The invention relates to the field of communication, in particular to a method for quickly reading the entries of a phone book at a user terminal. The method comprises the following steps: initializing all the available file entries of a phone book dynamically in the initialization of the phone book, analyzing and storing the relevant information of the entries of the phone book into a data bufferarea of the phone book; when reading and processing the entries of the phone book, searching the information of the operated entries in the buffer area firstly, then reading the relevant available file entries directly according to the known information, processing and returning a result; and the invention avoids operating empty entries and reduces the operation redundancy and the time delay, thereby quickening the response speed of the user terminal during searching the entries of the phone book.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the communication field, in particular to a method for quickly reading phone book entries of a user terminal. Background technique [0002] A Universal Subscriber Identity Card (USIM for short) is an important component unit of a user terminal (3G UE for short, such as a mobile phone and a data card) of the third generation wireless mobile communication system. The files and attributes related to all phonebooks stored in the USIM card are described in the 3GPP protocol TS31.102 document, as shown in Table 1 below: [0003] Table 1: Attributes and types of files related to the phonebook in the USIM card [0004] document File Description file type EFADN Main file, which stores the text content (name) and number of the phone book Type1 EFEXT1 The remaining characters of the phone number (>=21) or sub-address Type3 EFANR Index of additional numbers ...
