Abstract
The invention discloses an application of Sarcopyramis nepalensis Wall polysaccharide for preparing anti-HBV medicine. After polysaccharid purification, sarcopyramis nepalensis wall is white floccule,is easily soluble in hot water and cold water, but insoluble in alcohol, acetone, ethyl ether, n-butyl alcohol and isopropanol with high concentration; and the polysaccharide is prepared by three monoses, namely rhamnose, glucose and galactose, with the molar ratio of 11.6:16.4:28.6, and is heterosaccharide of which the molecular weight is 848180. In vitro biological active experiments show thatthe Sarcopyramis nepalensis Wall polysaccharide can inhibit secretion of HBsAg and HBeAG in HepG2.2.2.15 cell culture and duplication of HBV-DNA and has a certain function of in vitro anti-HBV activity; and in vivo active experiments show that the sarcopyramis nepalensis wall polysaccharide has an obvious inhibiting function on DHBV DNA in duck bodies and small rebound, thereby being applied to preparing anti-HBV medicines.
Description
Technical field: [0001] The invention relates to the application of the red polysaccharide of chutou in the preparation of anti-hepatitis B virus medicine, and belongs to the field of medicine. Background technique: [0002] Hepatitis B Virus (HBV) has been discovered for more than 40 years. In 1963, Blumberg et al. found that the serum of Australian hemophiliac patients contained an antigen that could react with the serum of American hemophiliac patients, calling it the Australian antigen (ie, Hepatitis B Virus Surface Antigen, Hepatitis B Virus Surface Antigen, HBsAg ). In 1970, Dane et al. found HBV particles with a size of 42nm in the serum of hepatitis B patients, and the outer membrane component contained HBsAg. In 1986, the International Committee on Virus Nomenclature officially classified HBV as a hepadnaviridae. [0003] Hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection is a worldwide health problem with worldwide distribution. It can not only cause acute and chronic HBV infecti...
