Abstract

The method comprises that: an interface between an evolution base station eNB and an operation support system OSS is configured; and the eNB communicates with the OSS through the interface. The embodiment of the invention also discloses the evolution base station and the operation support system. By defining a signaling interface flow between the eNB and the OSS, the embodiment of the invention maintains a complete and effective adjacent cell list on the eNB, and reduces the probability of leaked allocation of adjacent cells, handover and PHY_ID conflict so as to improve switching success rate.
