digital education, smart retail, security and safety services. The present invention relates to conditional
cell addition, and discloses a method of adding and changing a primary secondary
cell (PSCell). The method performed by a first
base station in a
wireless communication system according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: transmitting, to a second
base station, a first message for conditional PSCell addition, wherein the first message includes measurement results of at least one
cell by a terminal and the second
base station operates the at least one cell; receiving, from the second base
station, a second message as a response to the first message, wherein the second message includes at least one of frequency information and a cell identifier of a candidate target PSCell selected from the at least one cell and configuration information about the candidate target PSCell; determining an execution condition for conditional PSCell addition related to the candidate target PSCell based on at least one of the frequency information and the cell identifier; and transmitting, to the terminal, a third message including the configuration information about the candidate target PSCell, the execution condition, and information indicating the cell identifier.
