Through the anti-shear anchor rods arranged to be connected with top-bottom board rock strata, along with the proceeding of a mining workface, the filling of the filled wall bodies is completed one by one; top-bottom board surrounding rocks and filling bodies are combined by the anti-shear anchor rods to form a whole; the interlayer slippage of the filling bodies and the top-bottom board rock strata is limited, and the filling bodies are reinforced; and the filling bodies beside gob-side retained entries are provided strengthening reinforcement so as to greatly improve the capability of the filling bodies to resist deformation and sliding.
