Abstract
The invention relates to a power generation plan method considering network loss sharing under a power market environment containing bilateral transaction, belonging to the technical field of power systems. The power generation planning method comprises the following steps of: network loss sharing among power grid users; network loss sharing of a power generation side; network loss sharing of a power utilization side; and a day-ahead power generation plan, i.e. solving the problem of the unit combination of power generators by taking a running cost (fuel cost + starting cost + transmission cost) minimum as a target function to make the day-ahead power generation plan. The invention also provides a method of the network loss sharing between the power grid users (the power generation side and the power utilization side). The invention can realize a method for making reasonable and apparent network loss sharing in the power market containing the bilateral transaction, enhance the economical efficiency of the unit combination of the power generators, solve the problem of the network loss sharing during the synchronization of the distributed power generation of new energy and provide a unit combination method for making the reasonable and effective day-ahead power generation plan.
