Abstract

The invention relates to the technology for detecting trace estrogens in sludge, in particular to a method for detecting trace oestrone and 17beta-estradiol content in a sludge sample. The method comprises the following steps of: performing freeze drying on the collected sludge sample, adding NaN3, performing oscillation extraction by adopting acetone, performing quick solvent extraction, and merging the extract liquor; and concentrating and enriching estrogens in the extract liquor by adopting a solid phase extraction column, washing the estrogens off from the solid phase extraction column by adopting ethyl acetate, and analyzing the estrogen concentration by utilizing liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry. The method has the advantages of environmental protection, easy operation and high recovery rate, and can quickly analyze the trace oestrone and 17beta-estradiol content in the sludge sample.

Description

Technical field The invention relates to a detection technology for trace estrogen in sludge, in particular to a detection method for the content of trace estrone and 17β-estradiol in sludge samples using liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry technology . Background technique The natural estrogen (Estrone, E1) and 17β-estradiol (17β-Estradiol, E2) secreted by the ovaries of humans and animals will enter the sewage treatment system along with feces and urine. At the same time, estrogen in livestock and poultry manure will enter the bottom mud of the water body through compost application or surface runoff. The discharge of estrogen is inevitable, and estrogen has received widespread attention as a typical endocrine disruptor in the past decade. The results of studies on abnormal fish reproduction indicate that estrogen at the concentration level of ng / L in the receiving water body of the sewage treatment plant is the main substance that causes abnormal fish reproducti...
