The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, loading Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles on the surface of graphene oxide by chloroformylation reaction; and synthesizing the magnetic functionalized graphene oxide based molecularly imprinted hybrid material on the surface of the magnetic functionalized graphene oxide serving as a carrier by utilizing a molecular imprinting technology. The prepared magnetic functionalized graphene oxide based molecularly imprinted hybrid material can be used for selectively removing estrogen in drinking water. The preparation method of the magnetic functionalized graphene oxide based molecularly imprinted hybrid material has the advantages that the process is reasonable and easy to implement; when being used for removing endocrine disruptors, the material has good chemical stability and reusability, and active adsorption, identification and separation of the estrogen are easily carried out; and the preparation method has strong magnetic response, preordainment, identity and practicality, and can greatly improve the using efficiency of the molecular imprinting technology and expand the range of molecular imprinting applications.

The invention discloses a titanium-dioxide charcoal composite material and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the field of semiconductor photocatalysts. According to the titanium-dioxide charcoal composite material, the microstructure of charcoal keeps the structure of wood tissue, titanium dioxide is uniformly dispersed on charcoal surface, and titanium dioxide has anatase phase and rutile phase at the same time. The method comprises: firstly performing pretreatment on a wood biological template; dipping the wood biological template in a precursor solution, using a sol-gel method or a hydro-thermal method to depositing TiO2 particles in micropores of the wood template, so as to obtain the wood biological template of titanium dioxide; and finally sintering in a muffle furnace to obtain the titanium-dioxide charcoal composite photocatalyst. The prepared titanium-dioxide charcoal composite material is applicable to remove environmental endocrine disruptors in water and other organic pollutants in water, has the adsorption removal rate of 32.3-86.5%, the photocatalysis removal rate of 11-20% and the total adsorption/photocatalysis synergic removal rate of 50.3-97.5%, and has relatively good application prospect.

The invention provides a preparation method and an application method of a dummy template molecularly imprinted polymer selectively enriching bisphenol endocrine disruptors. The preparation method comprises the following steps: dissolving dummy template molecules, a crosslinking agent, a functional monomer and an initiator in a pore forming solvent to prepare a pre-polymerization solution, carrying out a polymerization reaction at 50-70DEG C for 24-48h; and grinding a white block polymer generated through the polymerization reaction, sieving, settling to obtain polymer particles with the particle size of 45-63[mu]m, carrying out soxhlet extraction or ultrasonic extraction with methanol/acetic acid and methanol as an extraction solvent, and removing residual template molecules and unreacted substances in order to obtain the dummy template molecularly imprinted polymer. The invention also provides a solid phase extraction filler. The filler is the dummy template molecularly imprinted polymer. The dummy template molecularly imprinted polymer has very strong specific selectivity and enrichment ability to bisphenol F, bisphenol E, bisphenol A, bisphenol B, bisphenol AF, tetrabromobisphenol A and other bisphenol compounds, solves the template bleeding problem during trace analysis, and realizes the rapid, senseitive, accurate and efficient detection of the bisphenol endocrine disruptors in environment, foods and biological samples.

According to the method, 4'-phosgene-rhodamine containing an intramolecular permanent positive charge is taken as the derivatization reagent for the first time, 23 EDCs are measured, and quantitation is performed with a tandem mass spectrometry multi-reaction monitoring mode in combination with an internal standard method. The method is environment-friendly, simple, rapid, high in sensitivity and good in selectivity, the recovery rate is good, and matrix interference of actual samples is effectively reduced. The method is applicable to detection and analysis of the EDCs in various environments and food samples, and an accurate and reliable technical means is provided for monitoring and evaluation of the environments and the food.

Composite soil layer system, method and experimental apparatus for removing typical endocrine disruptors from water

The invention provides a composite soil layer system for removing typical endocrine disruptors from water. The system comprises a degradation layer located in the topmost layer for enhancing the degradation effect of microorganisms and ensuring the high hydraulic load, wherein volcanic rock is added to filling soil of the degradation layer; an adsorption layer located in the middle for enhancing the adsorption removal effect of a filler for pollutants; and a filtering and supporting layer located at the bottommost layer for supporting and filtering. To-be-treated water is enabled to flow from top to bottom to pass through the degradation layer, the adsorption layer and the filtering and supporting layer sequentially, so that water treatment is realized. The present invention further provides an experimental apparatus for removing typical endocrine disruptors from water. Compared with the prior art, the system is advantaged in that on account of target pollutants, an artificial filter material with high adsorption capability and high biodegradability is adopted to replace a natural soil layer in a traditional soil treatment system to construct a composite soil layer treatment system; and the purpose of water purification is achieved through physical, chemical and biological effects between a medium, which mainly uses the filter material, and the pollutants.
