The method involves extracting *Bacillus polymyxa* protein with 40% saturated ammonium sulfate, which can be used to degrade pentachloronitrobenzene pesticide residues. The trace element Fe2+ significantly enhances the pentachloronitrobenzene degradation activity of *Bacillus polymyxa*, exhibiting strong adaptability to different terrains and the ability to adjust its working mode in real time according to environmental needs.
