Embodiment Construction

[0032] The above and other technical features and advantages of the present invention will be described in more detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0033] The invention provides a method for determining the electromagnetic interference source of the Hall sensor of the excitation system and its installation surface. It is divided into two cases. The first case: the Hall sensor is only installed on a single busbar, and the space around the Hall sensor There are no other busbars within the range (0cm-50cm); the second case: there is one or more sets of busbars within the space around the Hall sensor (0cm-50cm), therefore, first determine that the position of the busbar around the Hall sensor belongs to Which of the following situations.

[0034] Such as figure 1 Shown is the flowchart of the electromagnetic interference source and the mounting surface thereof of the excitation system Hall sensor of the present invention. In the first case, the method fo...

Abstract

The invention discloses an electromagnetic interference source of a Hall sensor of an excitation system and a determination method of a mounting surface thereof. The determination method comprises the following steps: under the condition that the excitation system works normally, namely an interference source exists, a signal wire of the Hall sensor is connected but not fixed to a mounting location, the Hall sensor is close to an interference bus row through multiple placement locations, experimental tests are respectively carried out on different placement locations, and the interference current values detected by the Hall sensor are recorded; the interference current values at above placement locations are compared to find out the maximal interference current value, i.e. the Hall sensoris arranged at the location corresponding to the maximal interference current value, the side close to the inference bus row is the sensitive interfered part of the Hall sensor, and the sensitive interfered part can be arranged far away from an interference source; and the Hall sensor is remounted to a reasonable mounting location by regulating a circuit to ensure the sensitive interfered part ofthe Hall sensor to be far away from the interference source. The method can rapidly and effectively search the interference source, thus improving shielding design efficiency.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of excitation system sensor shielding design technology and finite element simulation technology, in particular to an electromagnetic interference source of an excitation system Hall sensor and a method for determining the mounting surface thereof. Background technique [0002] At present, the anti-jamming design of the excitation system sensor mainly depends on the experience of the designer and the method of trial and error. [0003] In the existing design process, there is no effective method to conduct sufficient theoretical demonstrations, especially in the search of interference sources, which cannot be quickly and effectively searched. Designers usually use all-round anti-interference design, resulting in low shielding efficiency , serious material waste, difficult installation and other issues. [0004] The Hall sensor itself is composed of sensitive parts, which have a strong response to electromagnetic inte...
