The electrical connector (X) with caulking housing comprises the following components: the caulking housing (100) which caulks at the terminal of the shielding cable; a retainer housing (200) which includes the following elements: a carrying part (210) which is used for carrying the caulking housing, a dent part (220) which is used for the insertion of a projection sheet (130) of the caulking housing, a first holding part (231) which is used for the insertion of an inner wire (710) at the deeper side in the depth direction compared with the carrying part, and a second holding part (241) which is used for the insertion of the shielding cable (700) at the front side in the depth direction compared with the carrying part, while a step part (242) is formed between the carrying part and the second holding part; a body housing (300) which is wedged with the holder housing and is wedged to an opposite electrical connector (900); and a contact (410) provided at the body housing.
