The liver-nourishing tea mainly comprises the following plant raw materials in percentage by weight: rhinacanthus nasutus (L.) lindau, wedelia chinensis, mussaenda, coralhead plant stem leaves, gynostemma pentaphyllum, abrus herb, grosvener siraitia flower, chrysanthemum, jasmine, caper euphorbia seed, root of rehmannia, rose, roselle and common selfheal fruit-spike. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: frying the rhinacanthus nasutus (L.) lindau, the coralhead plant stem leaves and the gynostemma pentaphyllum to remove green; twisting and drying the mixture; performing vibratory screening on the twisted and dried mixture; spraying concentrated solution prepared from the wedelia chinensis, the mussaenda, the root of rehmannia, the grosvener siraitia flower, the abrus herb, the common selfheal fruit-spike and the roselle onto the screened mixture; drying and cooling the mixture; and mixing the mixture and the chrysanthemum, the jasmine, the caper euphorbia seed and the rose to obtain a finished product, namely, the liver-nourishing tea.
