Abstract

The invention provides a charging device which is used for charging batteries of a portable electronic device. The charging device comprises an electric energy conversion module, an adjustment module and a charging circuit which are connected in turn, wherein the electric energy conversion module converts kinetic energy during movement into electric energy; and the adjustment module processes the electric energy and the charging circuit outputs the processed electric energy to the batteries for charging. The invention also provides the portable electronic device with the charging device. By converting the kinetic energy during mechanical movement and movement change of the portable electronic device into the electric energy through the electric energy conversion module and charging the batteries through the adjustment module and the charging circuit, the charging device can also charge the portable electronic device without a fixed power supply, and is used more conveniently.
