Abstract

The invention relates to a method for measuring the coaxiality of a porous part, comprising the following steps of: (1) debugging a working room; (2) placing a part to be measured, and an auxiliary measuring length bar in the working room at constant temperature for 6 hours; (3) clamping the part to be measured; (4) starting a measuring machine; (5) assembling the auxiliary measuring length bar; (6) measuring mechanical coordinate figures of six points on the same contact section edge of the auxiliary measuring length bar and holes, generating a circle center coordinate generated by a QUINDOS system assembled by a three-coordinate measuring machine under a mechanical coordinate system, and sequentially obtaining circle center coordinate figures corresponding to the inner holes; (7) solving a linear equation; and (8) calculating a straightness error. The method has the advantages of measuring the coaxiality of the porous part by the three-coordinate measuring machine and the assembled auxiliary measuring length bar.

Description

Technical field: [0001] This method is used to measure the coaxiality of a part with holes. Background technique: [0002] There are many holes on a part, and the coaxiality measurement often uses a laser tracker to measure. Due to the diameter and density of the holes, the laser tracker is limited and cannot be directly measured. At present, there is no special equipment for measuring the coaxiality of holes. . Invention content: [0003] The purpose of the present invention is to provide a kind of porous part coaxiality measurement method that can measure porous coaxiality; The purpose of the present invention is realized by following technical scheme: porous part coaxiality measurement method, its steps are as follows: [0004] 1) Debugging workshop: the temperature of the workshop equipped with a three-coordinate measuring machine model PMM141210 is controlled at 20°C±2°C, and the humidity is controlled at 30%-65%; [0005] 2) Place the measured part and the auxiliar...
