The method comprises the following steps: preparing artificial conjugated antigen; preparing monoclonal antibodies of the derivatives of glibenclamide; preparing solution of colloidal gold; and obtaining the colloidal gold marker of the monoclonal antibodies of the derivatives of glibenclamide and the gold-marked combined pad.
